We provide comprehensive support for a seamless show day, covering all the essential logistics to ensure you can solely focus on the performance. This includes direct coordination with promoters and venues on timings, press, visa/immigration requirements, riders, and travel and accommodation.
Technical and hospitality riders are distributed in advance, press kits are shared as needed, and a clear, detailed itinerary is delivered at least 24 hours prior to the show.
Our services also extend to tour management, offering hands-on support on the road to ensure every show and travel day runs smoothly.

At least 24 hours before your show (earlier if we can), we provide a detailed itinerary with everything you need, as well as a google drive folder with all the necessary docs.

We ensure all your tech and hospitality requirements are met. There’s nothing worse than turning up to a show with the wrong set up!!

Where applicable, visa and immigration requirements are flagged early to avoid delays or complications. We coordinate with promoters and provide guidance on documentation needed for entry, work permits, or border checks.

Press kits are shared with promoters, venues, and local press when required. This ensures consistent branding, accurate information, and maximum promotional impact ahead of the show. We can also coordinate press engagements and content if requested in advance.

When included in the deal, we handle all travel and accommodation coordination on your behalf.
For landed deals, T&A bookings can be arranged on your behalf at an extra cost - please see “pricing” section for more info.
If T&A booking are not required and are not part of the deal, options can be provided upon request as part of the base rate.

With extensive touring experience across Canada, South America, South East Asia, Africa, and Europe, we bring a calm, detail-driven approach that ensures a seamless experience from arrival to showtime.
PRICING
Base Rate
Our base rate starts at £100/€110 per show. Optional add-ons for booking T&A, providing full show settlements and tour management services are also available.
Package deals
Booking multiple shows in advance? We offer discounted rates for managing multiple shows or tours. Get in touch for more info.
Travel & Accommodation
When included in the deal, we handle all travel and accommodation coordination on your behalf: we communicate your preferences to the promoter, ensure bookings are made correctly (including seat and time preferences, frequent flyer numbers, etc.). Please note that online check-in is not handled.
For landed deals, T&A bookings can be arranged on your behalf for an additional £25/€27.50 (travelling party of 2), including booking management, Google Calendar invites, and online check-in where possible.
If T&A booking is not required and is not part of the deal, options can be provided upon request as part of the base rate.
